Consolidating Knowledge

I really enjoyed this blog post by Carlos Bueno, who describes a process of knowledge consolidation (he refers to it as ‘compression’) as a necessary means for passing on that knowledge for future generations.  He argues that knowledge must be compressed and made more accessible so that future generations can use it as scaffolding to build upon.
